BoostWorksHQ is operated by BoostWorks Technologies LLC. Website builds start at $600 and ongoing care starts at $200/month, billed every 30 calendar days. Final build and care prices depend on the agreed scope and complexity. This prospective pricing does not change previously accepted agreements or quotes. There is no minimum term. Your written proposal identifies your specific scope, prices, readiness target and billing schedule before payment.

Setup and agreed scope

The one-time build price starts at $600 for a straightforward website and covers building and releasing your live website. More complex builds may be $1,000 or more. Your final quote is agreed before payment and is due after scope approval and before production. The base scope adapts an existing design and includes up to five agreed pages, mobile-friendly design, approved business information and photos, clear action buttons, an inquiry form OR a link to an existing booking provider, and two prelaunch revision rounds. The build is not free. You approve content and launch separately.

Completed-work milestones and refunds

Your written quote allocates the agreed build payment to three completed-work milestones: site structure and initial content; the agreed website build; and testing, corrections and launch preparation. The specific amount for each milestone is disclosed in your written quote before payment. Cancel before production begins for a full refund of your build payment. After production starts, only amounts for completed milestones are retained; unused amounts are refunded. A partially completed milestone does not qualify for retention. The total retained never exceeds the amount paid.

Recurring service fees generally are not prorated, except for incorrect or duplicate charges or where required. Service failures are considered individually. Approved refunds are initiated within five business days; the bank or card provider may take longer to post the credit.

Billing every 30 calendar days

Care starts at $200/month and may be higher depending on the complexity of upkeep and support required. We agree your recurring price and included support before the plan starts. Your first agreed care charge is due 30 calendar days after your website goes live, then the agreed price is charged every 30 calendar days until canceled. Calendar dates are determined in America/Los_Angeles. The agreed build payment covers the build and live release; it does not start the recurring billing clock. Your agreed recurring price and exact first charge date are shown before you authorize recurring payments.

If launch is delayed

We agree content readiness and a target launch date before payment. If launch is delayed for any reason, the first agreed care charge remains 30 calendar days after the actual live launch. If missing client content, access or approval causes a delay, we agree a revised launch date or cancellation. If you do not respond, recurring charges remain paused until your website goes live or the service is canceled.

Ongoing care and update requests

The starting care plan includes hosting, functional checks and up to one hour of small content updates per 30-day service period, with no rollover. Small updates include existing text, approved photo replacements and existing service details. Requests are acknowledged within two business days; standard updates are ordinarily completed within five business days after all needed content arrives. Larger or complex requests are separately scoped. You work directly with Steven; this is not unlimited work or 24/7 live support.

New pages, redesigns, advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, advanced integrations and automations, AI phone services, phone/text usage and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Extra costs are approved before work begins.

Ownership, access and handoff

You retain your domain and supplied content and receive the paid custom design to the extent transferable. BoostWorksHQ retains reusable templates, tools and pre-existing materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their licenses. Your domain should be held in your account with delegated access.

Standard handoff of available content/data and a supported transfer is included within ten business days after your identity and destination are verified. Continued editing or hosting may require a compatible GoHighLevel account. A complete independent source-code export is not promised. Your new platform and domain costs are yours; additional migration or rebuilding requires separate approval. Cancellation does not automatically delete data or transfer the agency account.

Cancellation and service end

Service renews every 30 calendar days. Email [email protected] to cancel. Future automatic charges stop upon receipt; there is no additional form or confirmation requirement and no cancellation fee. We acknowledge within two business days. Any charge processed after receipt is reversed or refunded.

Hosting and care continue through the paid service period unless you request an earlier shutdown. If you cancel before the first recurring payment, initial hosting ends on the disclosed first recurring date unless a different date is agreed in writing. Your cancellation acknowledgment states the exact service-end date and handoff steps.

Business days and safe access

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in Pacific time. This definition does not delay cancellation taking effect upon receipt. Provide only content you have rights to use; do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential customer records through inquiry or support forms. Access is arranged securely.

Walkthroughs and results

An email inquiry or free walkthrough needs no payment and starts no subscription. A call is not required. Enrollment is separate and requires an approved scope and payment authorization. Websites do not guarantee rankings, leads, appointments, sales or revenue.
